"I stop at Hawthorne Auto lab this morning because I went to get my state inspection. My license plate on the rear of my car and the screw that holds it in place was completely stripped. I recently had my valve cover gaskets replaced at Hawthorne Auto Lab, and I’m really impressed with the service. Not only did they do a great job, but their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other shops I checked.
Paul and his amazing staff was professional, explained the process clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. The work was done on time, and my car has been running great ever since. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable shop these days, but Hawthorne Auto Lab definitely delivered.
